To expose and equip our young people with the skills and experiences to excel in the ‘real world’.

Lead On Australia aims to assist young people to develop practical skills and experiences in the fields and industries they are passionate about.

Lead On is open to all young people. Participants come from all walks of life but have a common desire to be involved in their community, gain real-life skills and pursue their passions.

To achieve these aims Lead On provides young people with opportunities to learn, mature and forge their own path in an environment where their opinions and contributions are valued.
